A permanent supportive housing program in downtown Lynn, providing safety, stability, and opportunity for young adults ages 18–24 facing homelessness.
Catalyst Housing is a collaborative housing initiative brought to you by The Haven Project and Harborlight Homes. This program is dedicated to providing permanent, supportive housing for homeless young adults, aged 18-24, who lack access to safe and secure living conditions on the North Shore of Massachusetts. Our mission is to create a secure, sustainable, and affordable housing environment where residents receive comprehensive support services while working towards long-term stability.
Catalyst Housing program will feature a total of 24 studio apartments, offering permanent supportive housing to eligible individuals. This project will be staffed by an on-site case manager, a part-time property manager, maintenance personnel, and a live-in resident manager. The services and support offered through this initiative will seamlessly integrate with the existing programs provided by The Haven Project, ensuring that residents have access to a holistic network of resources aimed at fostering their growth and independence.
Catalyst Housing will have on-site supportive services provided by The Haven Project:
